MobilADdict SAS

Berlin, March 28th, 2011 - YOC (Frankfurt, Prime Standard, ISIN DE0005932735) takes over 100% of MobilADdict SAS with its registered office in Paris. With this acquisition, the YOC Group consistently continues its international growth strategy and extends its leadership and presence in all European core markets.

Since the customer portfolios of the two companies do not overlap, YOC's sales volume on the French market is increasing considerably. YOC's international advertiser network extends to include renowned publishers such as 20 Minutes, M6, NRJ, BFM and RMC, which makes it even more attractive to advertising companies. The customers of MobilADdict SAS include Yahoo, Renault, McDonalds's or Lufthansa and numerous other well-known marketing networks and agencies.

MobilADdict SAS has been operating very profitably since its foundation and is very well-positioned to benefit strongly from significant market growth. The integration into the YOC Group offers both companies the potential to generate faster and sustainable growth and to quickly realise synergies.
