The management team defined four strategic goals of paramount importance for the YOC Group:

• Strengthening the position in the market
• Expanding geographically
• Focusing on scalable company activities
• Developing and strengthening technological platforms

YOC strives to drive the growth in the field of mobile marketing and to continually strengthen and develop its market position in this segment. The achievement of these goals is supported by extensive operative procedures and the positive development of the conditions on telecommunications market. The rapid increase of smartphone users, the diffusion of UMTS capable multimedia mobile phones and the growing number of flat rates for mobile internet are the core factors that affect the market.
By further developing the technology platforms, expanding the largest mobile advertising marketing network in Europe as well as establishing new scalable business models, such as the international market place "ubiyoo", YOC sets the course for future growth and the stabilisation of its position in the market.
Marketing development will also be an important strategic step in the future. Having acquired Bluestar Mobile Ltd. and Mobile Interactive Advertising Media S.L. and founded several offices in Europe, YOC has already been focusing on international markets for several years. This trend will be maintained and developed in the next few years.
